Breathwork under the trees followed by an ice bath at Cinergee Day Spa and Wellness Retreat.
Meet at 10am at Cinergee Day Spa - 69A George St Launceston
We'll then mosey to the Launceston city park for Breathwork session.
Back for an Icy dip at Cinergee - if you dare!
Warm drinks, chats and farewells.
Bring yoga mat, warm blanket/hoodie, water bottle, snacks, bathers and towel.
